This would be hilarious if it was happening in any other country, but it's sad when it's happening in mine. Gangs are bad, of course, but at least the man and his homeboys were hanging with Santa and not out causing trouble. The last paragraph says that a juvenile was arrested and another juvenile is being sought. I wonder how old they are and what in the Hell they did.

In other news, California could run out of money in two months. I guess that's what happens when part of the state budget goes to throwing men and children in prison over Santa photos.

American police and the legal system is the real Grinch Scrooge to common people. You ought to look at the one about the police ordering people they can't build a snowman up in Anchorage. It was an unusually big snowman, but a traditional styled Frosty the snowman. Some rich b*tch didn't like the extra car traffic it brought so they pulled a string to get the police involved. Damned whiny rich people oppress America using the government to get their way at tax payers expense. America is supposed to be a free country where you can celebrate and take pride in greatness. Too bad it's not, but that's the rich people's front they put on for a shim sham system to make the rich richer while oppressing commoners. I call bullshit on it's legitimacy.

That's how Eichmann got caught, flashin' a gang sign in a photo. "Yo, heil!"

Oliva is an adult, but one kid in the photo is going to be doing 18 months in prison over the Santa photo and the cops are looking for a second kid in the same photo. Many Californians can't pay for the roof over their own heads, yet the state government expects them to foot the housing bill for these three Santa photo jackasses?

That's wild that people would get so upset over something as harmless as a snowman. I'm not sure if it's a rich/poor thing as much as some people just being bitter when they see someone else having fun. Misery loves company.
