While common logic would suggest that the changement of the .cab files would change the language of a game, these are hard to find. I have acquired a few games in korean and want them to be in English (or possibly French), but I do not know where or how to change this. I know this topic hasd been covered- but the search showed nothing. |

There is no way to do this. How would you get the English files anyways? I have done this in the past with Splinter Cell...but how it worked was like this:
I changed the language file in the game system folder to English. It was an .ini file. Then, I downloaded the latest patch for the game and it patched all files to English. This was just lucky.
Games don't include all languages and most games that are in Korean cannot be changed to English. Half-Life 2 for example.
However, you can always try...play with some of the files...see which ones can be edited with a text editor or explore the game CD for other languages.
I seriously doubt you will succeed as they aren't made to be changed. |
