I have a club on Cyworld. The other day I put up some mp3 files for people to listen to a language I promote through the club, and I thought everything was fine. I use Firefox and when I click on the file it downloads it, then asks me whether I really want to use WM Player to open the file. I say yes, and the file works fine.
On IE though, it claims that a 'codex needed to run the file is missing'. Now, these files are sitting on my computer and they work just fine, but as soon as I put them onto Cyworld IE doesn't like them anymore. I don't suppose anyone knows why?

Maybe Cyworld blocks the .mp3 files, because of the possibilities of illegal music distribution?

My internet web page host blocks .mp3 traffic so they won't be dragged along into any lawsuit.
