I have been looking for detailed info on compensation packages for teachers employed (with visa sponsorship) by corporations but haven't been able to find a thing.
On Tuesday, I have to negotiate my 2nd year contract with my employer, a large financial company. Could you help me with some numbers? I really got schooled in the 1st year contract.
I have three years experience in corporate teaching in Korea, hold a BA in writing and psych and have 3 months of TESOL training.
In the past year at the company, in addition to teaching, I was responsible for course and program design, development, coordination, and planning for 6 group courses and 5 individuals. I received excellent student feedback.Working hours are 140/month (excluding lunch).
What's reasonable for me to ask in terms of 1) Salary 2) Housing, and
3) Benefits ?
Thanks for your help. It's really appreciated. |
