Does anyone have any information on this school? The contract seems to be in order, but I'm curious to know if they'll adhere to it.

Also, any opinions on Bucheon?

Bucheon is a pretty big city, it has 800,000 people. If you are near Yeogok, Sosa, or Bucheon stations, you're in the older, dirtier part of the city. There are few high-rise apartments as well. If you are near Jung-Dong and Songnae stations, you're in the newer parts of the city (the further from Seoul, the newer the area). Some of the areas of Bucheon are quite nice, simply because they are new.

There is also a Wal-Mart, E-mart, Carrefour, and Home Plus in Bucheon. The e-mart is conveniently a part of Bucheon Station.

If you get the "express" subway train to Seoul, it takes about 40 minutes to get to central seoul (Jongo/City Hall Area).

I don't know anything about the hogwon you mentioned. If you want any more info on Bucheon, just PM me.
