I found the above lnk on another posting and after checking several online TEFL webistes, I really like what they offer and especially the FAQ's. I am wondering if anyone has any info on this program. Also, does getting this certificate really make a difference in your marketability? I am newbie and am thinking ahead for future postions in other countries outside of Korea or perhaps postions in Korea that pay higher and have better benefits. If you know of a better program, please let me know.

I don't know anything about this company, but it's a waste of your money if you take their certificate program.

A certificate is a good idea, especially if you have no experience teaching, but an unsupervised one (I don't care if they do ask you to keep a teaching diary and videotape three lessons) isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

In Korea, you don't need a certificate to get a decent job, however, a recognized certificate, like the CELTA, can help you get a university job.

Unless you get a recognized, supervised, 120 + hour, on-site certificate, don't waste your time and money. Buy Learning Teaching or Teaching By Principles, read them and learn as much (or more) than you will from a mail order course.
