My homepage is set to msn.ca............For the past two days it simply comes up.......Cannot find sever.
Secondly, outlook express will no longer work. Like the homepage it was ok until 2 days ago. Now it simply won't connect to hotmail or gmail to download.
I did not change any settings, so I am kind of lost here.
Anyone else experiencing these problems? Can someone suggest a possible fix?

maybe your internet provider is blocking your website for some reason...mine blocks a lot of random sites...
go to http://proxify.com and put the address you want to go to in the box...(it might take a few tries because if you haven't paid, sometimes they say they're too busy to accomodate the free people) - if you can go to the site then, then it's your internet provider who is blocking you........if not, then.......i dunno |

who is your ISP? Sometimes Thrunet has downtime or slowtime for a couple of hours... usually rectifies itself as I am dialling their helpline to find out what's up
Have you tried resetting your modem? Should be a reset button on the back. It sounds like a network connectivity problem from your description. Are all other pages okay? |

Thanks very much. I tried that website, and could get onto the msn.ca website through there.
I also did do a reset but that didn't improve things. My ISP provider is Hanvit. It seems that they are fooling around with anything that has English content these days. My cable is also through them, and they have just eliminated AFN. They are the only cable company in Ansan, so it is the pits.
I'll be having a call made to them on Monday about blocking msn. That is just too silly.
