Any hagwon which YOU (that is, the teacher) are employed in. As far as I know and experience, it is the teachers that make the difference, not the management.

i worked for chungmoon in jongno seoul. was a chilled out ride, not so professional but i guess not many in korea are. treated well and left alone, always paid on time, problems sorted out. a few teachers when i was there stayed on a second year
