|
|
I thought it was standard practice for teachers to receive one months severance pay after one year of teaching. However, after reading the GEPIK contract and their website it states severance will be paid for those who work "more than one year."
Can anyone please clear this up. Cheers. |

OK so I am not certain about this (though I am certain that if you finish your contract you get the month's serverence)
In Korea you work on an E2 for 12 months you get paid for 13 months.
BECAUSE:
If you get paid once a month that is 12 pay periods.
If you got paid every 4 weeks then you would get 13 pay periods. |
