Just renting it out for now. Ask the soul representative office about availability and time-sharing options.

I refuse to sell my soul, but it does make a persons life more difficult here.
If only I had the low morals and lack of dignity as so many of my fellow teachers(i use this word in its loosest terms) have, then maybe I could be content here.
I always find it strange that all these rebels in Korea are so happy to bend the knee and put up with shit from their Korean Masters. They jump around like monkeys on crack, playing the part of fool to the king(director, dean etc).
I've never seen a bigger bunch of tosser's! They grovel to their students, the students mother's, anyone. However, funnily they never show real respect for fellow worker's or other foreigners, they stab them in the back at the first opportunity, gossip like women and act lower than a blade of grass with a dog turd deposited on it.

Yea, sure I'm bitter. I've found few exceptions to the soulless buggers that frequent Korea. It's stressful swimming against the current of effluent. I'll keep going on, for a while, because unlike many I consider my work here as a responsibility, one that compels me to help and nurture the kids who might just benefit from contact with me.

If you're a good, honest, soulful, conscientious teacher, well I'm sure I speak for you also, if not, umm, if the hat fits, wear it.

There is an excellent short story by Steven Vincent Benet on this topic: "The Devil and Daniel Webster"

Can't find a damn buyer.

Maybe I should try FleaBay:

One soul for sale, second-hand but barely used. Lightly shop-soiled trim, regularly serviced, new MOT, taxed and tested, new tyres, may need replacement carburettor as is prone to emitting black smoke at irregular intervals.

Low reserve or buy now for one large case of Jinro wine.

Weird as it might seem, but I have sold my soul to the Devil TWICE. It's true. Once at the TAB in James Street, Northbridge, Western Australia, when I promised Satan my soul if I won a mystery trifecta. Sure enough, the trifecta came in - and paid the lowest price I have ever seen for a Trifecta ever $2.20. Bearing in mind that it cost me $1 to put the bet on in the first place, you can see what a great bargain He scored.

The second time was in the front bar of the Hyde Park Hotel, suspiciously enough also in Northbridge. I sold my soul to Satan so I could be the lead singer of a punk rock band. He took it, but the Bastard lied to me. He lied. He lied. He said you can't be the lead singer of a punk rock band, you can only be the singer of a fucking stupid blues band.

Oh, if only I could make this stuff up...

CNN?

But since you ask: "I've never seen a bigger bunch of tosser's! They grovel to their students, the students mother's, anyone. However, funnily they never show real respect for fellow worker's or other foreigners"

Mine isn't quite gone, but surely some of it has been sold off in pieces over the years. I don't really realize that I did sell a bit of my soul until after the fact. And once you get used to that part being gone, what is left fills the void quite nicely.
