Earlier I posted a query about the LCI in Shiheung. I've noticed that a couple years ago everyone and their mother were posting warnings about various LCI franchises. This seems to have stopped. I know there was some kind of investigation of hakwons in 2003 and LCI was one targeted. Can I assume that they've cleaned up their act or that the lack of recent posts indicates everyone is steering clear? Any info greatly appreciated!
