I'd like to call the UK with my cell phone... so far I always used the lanline. Which one is the cheapest card out there? Where can I get them? Thank you for your help in advance  |

I usually go into one of the phone card shops in Itaewon and just ask for the card with the best rate to wherever I'm calling. |

If you call with a calling card from a cell phone, I think you are paying twice. First you pay the rate for a local cell phone call to the cards "contact number", then you pay the card amount to get from the access card to overseas. I think if you want to use a cellphone, it is probably cheaper to use an '007' instead of '001' and direct dial to the foreign country. This will use VOIP (Voice over interent protocal?) and should be cheaper. You will have to check with your mobile service provider and make sure they have '007' and see if you need to sign up for anything first. Of course, all imposible, without help from Korean speaking friend. |

No.
It depends on what the connection number you dial is. For some phone cards you will be able to dial a toll-free number, even when using a cell phone. |
