| I need some English camp activities for about 24 middle school students who have a very low level of English. Any tips well received, especially for activities of 50-60 minutes. |

Depends on how many students you have to work with but twister went over fantastically well with my upper elementary schoolers last winter. ( Circles out of laminated construction paper, and flashcards for right/ left/ hand/ foot)
Another thing that might work well is using comics. white out the dialogue and have the students write new stuff. Tons of comics online at http://www.archiecomics.com/30.html?30
A game show type thing- Jeopardy maybe ( Use categories based on the term's work) works really well with older students ( can easily take an hour) |
