For that I am very glad, but no one understands. In DC, where I live, a small townhouse goes for just over one million US dollars, and there are more buyers than properties, leading to even greater housing inflation. Not getting sucked into that vortex is our whole focus at the moment.

Wow, SUV's and soccer moms...not much has changed. It seems like that life is out of reach for me. Not really depressed about it.
