I heard that the used car lots up near High1 Ski resort have some great deals on used cars. Reason being is that Korean folks who enjoy gambling but lose their shirt doing so, trade in their car for some cash thinking they will get their winnings back and go pick it up.

Any truth to this? Anyone shop around there for wheels?
