In fairness to the DPRK, that's only half the story.

Look at what else the CIA is conceding today:

and they are getting food aid from the US besides their other numbers aren't impressive.

compare their infant mortality rate with that of South Korea's.

I mean, let's not be selective here:

According to your chart, the DPRK has a LOWER death rate than: the USA, Switzerland, Japan, Luxembourg, the UK, Belgium and 129 other countries.

don't they use official N Korean govt figures?

what would the death rate be were there no US help?
