How can I tap into the enormous pool of computer braniacs in Korea? I need a programmer, maybe a university grad. These Koreans are very talented.
Your thoughts helpful.

Ask a Korean friend to register and do a resume search or post a job ad on http://www.jobkorea.co.kr/ |

Interested in doing some "offshore" work for American firms? It would be more economical to try it in China. And the people would be nicer and speak better English. |

Koreajoblink might be worth checking out, and you could also contact a few specialized colleges to see if their students do on the job training type things. |
