How can I tap into the enormous pool of computer braniacs in Korea? I need a programmer, maybe a university grad. These Koreans are very talented.

Your thoughts helpful.

Thanks

Interested in doing some "offshore" work for American firms? It would be more economical to try it in China. And the people would be nicer and speak better English.

Koreajoblink might be worth checking out, and you could also contact a few specialized colleges to see if their students do on the job training type things.
