Ok so 5 minutes ago I was asked to come up with a slogan for out English classroom. Ideally they want it by the end of the day (30 mins to go)!
I came up with a list of famous quotes + some of my own.
They like: 'The future belongs to those who belive in their dreams' - From a famous ex president of the US.
However it is a bit long and they have asked me to reduce the words in it, which I feel is impossible without destroying the meaning.
So can anyone think of/ make up a quote with a similar sentiment, but with fewer words? It must be about dreams and aspirations. |

| I like jkelly's idea, but "we study English happy fun time for great success" would probably be more successful. |

Wow, 'The future belongs to those who believe in their dreams' is so cool. I like it, but it's too much of a complicated Western idea no one, but a genius will really embrace, except it'll make you feel really good to place such a deeply meaningful motto to your sanctuary of the imparting of knowledge.
I guess just plain ol' "The English Zone," would have do if it were me just to be KISS. Keep It Simple and Stupid. |
