I was wondering if anyone has any experience using the Jazz English textbook? It seems like an interesting book with a ton of natural vocab. I was thinking of using it with my 3rd grade middle school students. Thoughts? Suggestions?

It's no better than other conversation/speaking books, which I assume that's what you're looking for. Use it as a very general backbone to make your own lesson and tailor it for your students. I'm mean c'mon, a crossword puzzle in there...

Might want to check out other books geared more towards middle/high school students. If I remember correctly, some of the subjects are just not appropriate or interesting for that age group.

I use them in my classes, but I teach university students / adults. They are definitely geared toward that age group... a lot of the subject matter is inappropriate for kids.
