The guy in the office next to me alternates playing elevator music and burping so loud and so disgusting that it really just doesn't belong in a professional environment at a college. You might remember him from a previous post, he's the one who went around borrowing money in his first few weeks of employment last March. Anyway, it's embarrassing when I have students coming in for speaking tests or to ask questions and they're interrupted be his loud, volcanic belching noises. It's really horrible.
