Hi, just wondering what the average tuition is for one month at a hogwan. I am trying to figure out how many students it takes to cover a teacher's monthly pay.

Thanks in advance.

I'm sure it varies from school to school, but I'm pretty sure parents at my school were paying something like 170,000 Won to 200,000 Won a month. Although, I never really got a straight answer on that. I think books are extra on top of that.

My students get an hour and a half instruction each day. The MWF students pay 150,000/month and the TTh students pay 120,000. Books would be extra.

Guess it depends on how many hours they're getting a month. 200-500 compared to 120-150 is a bit ridiculous.
