Hello all...
Is NESPOT good for people who want a WIFI connection? I have a laptop with a wireless card and was hoping I could get connected to NESPOT so I can take it with me and get an internet connection around Seoul (and also use it in my apartment). Do you think it is worth it? How widespread it their network?
Any help would be great.
Thanks!

It's pretty widespread. My neighborhood has quite a few "hot-spots" that allow me to use my laptop on the go. Plus a mobile ID is only 10,000 Won more a month over the basic Internet connection charge. |

My buddy got wireless in his apt. for free. U.S. Dell notebook fresh out of the box/with no provider, but the connection was slower than a month of Sundays. |

I went to the KT office in Samgachi and was told that it's 15,000/month if you dod not have KT Megapass as your ISP. |

We got a nespot lan at the moment and to be honest it is pretty slow.
Housemates moving out in a copule of weeks so I should have a much faster connection when I'm plugged in direct.
If your just surfing the web it's fine. If you're downloading things or online gaming it is crap. |
