so where, besides on this website, should i post my resume online? i gather that some esl job posting websites also double as recruitment agencies (ie. worknplay) -- should one avoid posting ones resume on a board like this?
also do you find that when you have posted your resume online in the past, do you mainly get responses from recruiters rather than actual hagwons/schools?

I posted my resume online at several different sites and I did get a few offers but yes, they were from recruiters. They were asking for me to apply for less than desirable jobs...
My advice would be to decide exactly what you're looking for (with a bit of flexibility), and go after it - you can afford to shop around. There are not many jobs being advertised directly from the school, most are through recruiters.
I found Daves especially good, and www.eslteachersboard.com is not bad either. (you can also post your resume there too I think).
