| Granted, they can do some amazing things with organ transplants nowadays, and I'm certainly happy they were able to fix her up, but I'm a bit dismayed they entertained her family's request to make her "a foot taller." |

I appear to have been expecting something more unusual from the original photo. I've seen photos and poses similar to that one. The joke material was much better than the photo, I think. |
