ok, i'm a bit of an idiot when it comes to technology but this was fairly simple. I uploaded pictures from my camera to my computer no problem. I saved them in a folder and i can view them. The problem is that i want to attach to them an e-mail or use MSN Spaces (all with hotmail) it won't recognize the pictures. I had to install Active X or something but it sees the folder but it says there is no pictures in it. Yet, if i access it outside the internet the pictures are there. I need some help on this one..w ould like to get some photos of a wedding out ASAP!

Just make sure when it comes to browsing for your pictures, and the box appears to choose the file, that in the smaller box where it says "type of file" that you have selected the right kind of file.
If you don't know what that is, select "all files" and it should show you them.
Let me know if it's not that, and I'll think some more about it, but that is what immediately comes to mind. have you attached files to an email before with no problem? |
