				| I remember seeing a recent stat that indicated Canadians were worse environmental polluters per capita than Americans. 
 CTV 'busted' a bunch of cabinet ministers who let their drivers idle their cars for hours in front of the Parliament buildings.
 
 Oh, didn't you get the memo?  The 'One-Tonne Challange' doesn't apply to those who can afford limos and drivers.
