Here goes...second time around for me.
This time it's a piece of cake. Just filed a claim online against HELLO ENGLISH in MAETAN, SUWON.
First go here:http://minwon.molab.go.kr/
-and click on the third icon down, the hand holding the computer mouse for the claims section.
The next screen is a yes/no option, "do you understand" type of thing, choose the left option "yes".
An inset, or small, box will appear which requires you to click the right hand green button- for "Waegookin", and enter your name in the first box, in Hangeul or English, and your ID number from your ARC in the lower box.
This is where you'll need a Native speaker
You then need to fill out the relevant details in the form provided, including a "story" of how or why you didn't get your money.
My native speaker agreed to use their e-mail and cellphone number for contact... very useful.
Submit the form and wait.
Note: The Labor Office do not distinguish between visa types or workplace descriptions when processing claims. They perform no affiliate action with Immigration so do not hesitate to claim. It took an anonymous call to get this detail. |
