JLS was supposed to start a program like that but I don't know if it got off the ground.
I can't confirm since my browser's security settings are super-high and the site is flashmedia and java, but I believe this is the correct site and you might find info on programs there:

If we talking about high school level, then LPT-ACE might have that component? Dunno, this is all after my time. |
