So if I want to make VCDs out of movies I've downloaded, what do I need, and what's free? I guess I have files in .avi and .mpg formats. Some are larger than what will fit on a CD. So, what program should I be using to split them too..

| I haven't made VCDs in quite a while, but I think Nero Vision Express (version 2) will do what you want. |
