Not really a big deal. Government offices, schools, banks, post offices, etc will be closed, but it won't be hard to go shopping or anything like that.

Banks, offices and schools are closed.

Shopping is business as usual.

The Seoul subway system will run on the Sunday/holiday times (far right).
