Have any of you returned stuff to Lotte Mart? Do they give you cash back or credit your bank account?

I returned a webcam yesterday and exchanged it for a different one. The people in the electronics area seemed to understand it would be an exchange, but then someone else brought me down to the 2nd floor where they handle returns and place orders. They had me sign two things, so I assume what they are going to do is refund ALL of what I initially paid, then charge me again for the purchase of 2 items I paid for. As of now, my bank account has been charged twice. Once from Saturday with the item I returned and a second time for the item I have.

Perhaps because it is a Sunday, they don't actually put the money back in immediately? Before I go back I am going to wait a couple days to see if they actually do this. Anyone else have experience in this?
