| Go to any appliance store, like LG or Hi-Mart. They sell and install. |

Somewhere near most big apartment complexes you will find the second-hand furniture and appliance store.
They have air-cons for as little as 250,000. But they can't install. They may help you by arranging installation at a fee. |
