Hi there,
I am looking for a one stop shop in or around Seoul, that sells a large variety of craft supplies. I am not into wandering around some market and getting caught up in rummaging though a bunch of other stuff.

Namdaemun market.
Alpha is a chain that's all over the place, but those two locations are a goodly size. |

The Alpha in Namdaemoon market is HUGE. It goes up about 3 or 4 floors and spreads out in different directions on each floor (very strange layout...we actually had the manager of the store ask if he could take us around to find things--really nice guy). I'd go there every time I went to Seoul.
They have everything you haven't been able to find elsewhere. It's amazing. I can't remember what gate it's at, though. It's by the area that has all the wrapping papers lined up in shelves 15 feet high. Beautiful stuff. |

| I go to the building material market at Dongdeamun every weekend. There is plenty of material there but its of the construction variety. |
