Here we go again. typed this but some how comp. clicked off. Oh well...

Walking home from Beomgye station this morning at 7:20am, what did I see? GNC. I could not believe it.

Go out exit #4. Can't remember if I walked one street or 2. Just go straight out of the exit. There, very nicely on your left is it.

Blue line.

I haven't been in there yet, but hope to get there some time this week.

man, are you ever in for a sad surprise...last time I was in a GNC in Korea, Whey was going for something like 88.000 a kilo. Other "standard" supps were well ovver 100.000. My advice, go with www.bodybuilding.com, have them ship it regular mail and enjoy.

Didn't see them the one time I bothered going in a GNC over here, but VitaminLife.com has them and ships internationally via FedEx Economy (about the price of air mail, but faster and trackable).

I noticed it last evening. Thanks for confirming that it really didn't exist before! I thought I was losing my marbles.

i havent' the foggiest about what you all are talking about...seriously thought it was GAY NIGHT CLUB so i was gonna say to get out of the closet, it's ok to say GAY NIGHT CLUB. but upon further reflection i realise that it's some sort of beefing up something or other.

so i wanna add my two cents and let you know that you can get japanese chlorella really cheap at the underground international market in namdaemun. you can get a bottle for man pal chon on if you haggle. if you go to the yak guk it it'll punch a 70K won sized hole in your pocket.

i gulp it down by the fistful to counteract the effects of this wonderful land of mysterious toxins.
