Interesting to note that much like Korea locks out foreigners from Cyworld, "The Face Book" locks out foreigners and non-american college students alike:

Might as well add Friendster, MySpace, and even LiveJournal, Xanga, etc, etc, etc, to this list... I love this online community software but it's mind boggling that people can't seem to just settle down and pick a good one. It seems like people expect me to maintain eight or ten different online profiles and update them all the time. Phooey. |

Yeah, seriously.
It's just a new way to stalk people from high school.
I had a profile for a while. But not talking to people in real life became more convenient than not talking to people online. |

and facebook was around before cyworld. |
