Quite the quandry you got there. Also, I once saw a program on Bangkoks' central prison and they interviewed a Buddhist monk who said "we execute the prisoner with a single shot to the back of the head. We are not cruel people."

Now, is it me, or has cruelty been defined down over time?

I brought one of those "zapper" things that's hand-held and sort of looks like a Tazer from Thailand. Am glad they didn't flag it at the airport. If I get any threats, I'm going to zap for a few seconds and run like hell.
