Hi all,

I am a 32 year old male, with an Associate's Degree, currently in my 3rd year of finishing a B.A.

I currently teach English in China. I plan to stay here a 2nd year, and also will leave with a 200 hour TESOL (already finished).

I was looking through the TaLK program, and since I'll be very close, but not yet finished with my B.A., am considering applying for 2017, *if* it's offered next year. I know it varies.

Does anyone have experience sending over documents from another country, via FedEX?

My police check was my only worry, BUT the TaLK program states if you went to High School and have lived in the same state, they accept LOCAL police checks. My state does apostilled local checks, so that should be fine, per their own guidelines.

Looking into this very early, so I could be ready next year, if need be.

Any opinions welcome.

Stay in China making real money until you graduate. The BA has to come from an accredited university in one of the seven countries for you to get a teaching (work) visa from Korea. If you can get a visa, come over when you qualify for a regular full time job and you can have some say in the type of job you take and where.

The TALK program pays crap. Basically created as a way for Kyopo to visit the motherland before they finish school and to earn a couple of bucks while doing so. Also funnels cheap native speakers into rural schools where nobody else wants to work.
