Some A hole charged close to 1000 bucks on my US check card. That's real money that's gone. Anyone know where the heck this place is?!

Can't help you with that but you say its a US bank check card. That means it has a VISA or MC logo on it? In that case call them up ASAP and dispute the charge as fraud if you haven't already.

Reason #7 why you never ever use check cards...now you have to get your money back, instead of just proving that you don't owe it.

O bar in Korea? There's a foreign hangout called "O bar" in Cheongju...that's my city. Were all the charges made at this bar? I can ask around if you suspect that's the place.

I'm in Seoul, so, I assume the O Bar is close. Apujung, seems like a likely suspect. Who let's someone use a card with the name"Asma." Seriously, very few people look like Asma's. Anyhow, I already disputed the charges, but it may take up to 3 months. ICK! Thanks for the info.
