Here's a writing assignment from one of my adult students about his favorite teacher growing up. (After my corrections of course)

I met him when I was a junior high school student. He was funny, but he sometimes made students study by force. He was passionate about teaching. That's why he beat students everyday. I can't forget the time he kicked me. I felt like I wanted to kill him right there as he was beating me.

And he tried to keep talking with students. Sometimes he paid for meals.

He was teaching Korean language.

Yeah, this guy would be my favorite teacher too. Shocked

Sounds so typically Korean. The student's writing is actually pretty clear - guess he had an all right English teacher? Be interested to know what this guy's original thinking and problem solving abilities are.
