So I've been trying to reserve tickets on trains for my vacation in August, but I can't register for Bogata or whatever it's called at Korail, mainly because I can't FIND the registration page, and a Korean friend says the Korean page mentions Korean Citizenship as a requirement.

So should I just go into Seoul on the weekend, go to Seoul station and start asking someone for help?

Any and all help appreciated.
