SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Koreans (be they children or adults) have noooooooooooooo patience!

I try and teach them new games and cos they dont understand first up they dismiss the game instantly. Its only through much coaxing and perseverance do they even attempt to play it. And then they find out its a good game and theyre like 'yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, lets play it again!!!'

So annoying and draining

It is sad. I find it impossible to play any of the fun games with the kids that I used to in Thailand. Many of them involve standing up and moving around the room. this always develops into:

A: some bouncing off the walls.

B: fighting and kids getting hurt.

C: furniture being broken.

D: noise level beyond that which is acceptable.

E: all of the above, with kids not playing fair.

We could have so much more fun, if they would stop, listen and just be patient with each other and me *sigh*

I couldn't agree more. It is a source of immense frustration each and every time I try any new activity with most of my classes. Just getting them into groups or teams is almost enough to do me in before we even start the game. Truly infuriating sometimes.
