What do you think?

Perhaps not as bad a depiction as Bugs Bunny nips the Nips from 1944, but then again that was WWII.

Bad. But not as gay as the one that ends with a shot of the classroom filled with obviously non-Asian students gawking at a map highlighting Tok Do. "OK kids, let's show Korea the world gives a *beep*."

I forgot to mention that it was one of the ads played before watching War of the Worlds yesterday. In the middle of a number of normal ads, BANG! Buck-toothed Japs on a ship trying to take Dokdo.

Hey, if that doesn't convince you that Dokdo is Korean territory, what will?

Who in the world could EVER think that that was an acceptable way to make an advertisment?

I don't know which is worse--using robotic concepts obviously ripped from Japanese anime, or showing that this great patriotic protection of Dokdo is for the benefit of a bunch of seagulls.

I think I saw the same one, and the Koreans were there pointing out that the Sea of Japan is actually the East Sea. I don't care what they call the sea, but I don't think I or anyone else should have to call it anything other than the Sea of Japan. Ask Koreans if the Korean Straight should be changed to the Northern Straight, and they will tell you that it's not in the north. Duh, then why would the Japanese want to call a sea next to them "east"? Really what the Koreans are saying is that it's the "Korean East Sea".

If Korea really believes that Tok-do belongs to them, then why don't they take the case to the International Court? That should solve the problem very quickly.

Korea won't take it to the International court because They think it is there's so there is no need to take it there.

also there is the fear that they would lose. They think Japan will win because it is a richer country and that the emporer is related to one of the 15 members sitting on the international court.

That's the commercial that's been playing in movie theaters for at least a month. So it made it to TV?
