In England now but on me way to Seoul at the end of August. I was wondering if any of y'all could give us any idea of what the crack is with the scene over there for good music.
I've been playing breaks now in England for about three years and I'm planning on bringing a box of vinyl with us to Korea.
Can anyone tell us if Koreans (and ex-pats ) are in to breaks, and what the score is with clubs and parties, i.e. how does it differ from th UK.
Is their any scope for starting up your own night or getting a slot at one that's already running?
I've heard that Seoul's pretty good for partying, but the guide books don't give you quite enough information, so any advice would be very welcome

MOst Koreans are into the cheesy stuff, really soft trance . You can also find funky house.
Vinyl stores are near impossible to find and forget about finding a place to spin unless you bring your own decks. Trust me, my boyfriend brought his crate with high hopes too. |

there's the breakbakery, they do breaks.
there aren't actually that many breaks nights, but there's no reason why you can't start it. |
