Hi. I miss TV. Got cable but never seem to be home when the stuff I want to watch is on.
1) I used to use Bittorrent back until Suprnova went down. What's the best place to get shared movies, TV shows, etc?
2) Has anyone made their own Tivo-like device to act as a personal video recorder with existing cable? I see a lot of DIY type sites on the web, just would love to hear if anyone has actually managed it here.
Am thinking about getting an old fashioned VCR to tape shows, but that's so 1990s....
