have any of you taken a look at this rpg maker?

i've been playing around with it for the past couple of days, and it seems like a really good system for building your very own oldschool rpg. this is something on my list of things to do before i die.
some of the technical stuff is a little tricky. i'm going to keep at it, but if there's anyone else who wants to go in on a joint effort, it might be worth pooling our collective talents. or just trading games once we're done.
