Hi all,

I recently moved to Seoul and was wondering if there was a swing/ballroom dancing scene here. I'm more of a swing dancer, but can fake all sorts of ballroom dancing if there's nothing else. This is something I used to do all the time back in New York and was hoping I could find the same here. Any help is appreciated!

i looked. I ballroom and swing dance. the guy I normally dance with came to seoul for a week we danced alone. You can search on the web for it but all the sites are dead. There are rumors of some latin clubs but they never panned out. I have found some places that offer lessons, but they didn't mention any sort of practice events or the like and the classes were pretty steeply priced.
Maybe someone else knows...but i gave up. If you want to grab a cd player and start an impromptu dance in a park sometime...I'd put my dancing shoes on and come and play.

A friend of mine takes lessons(she has been dancing for years) and I could pass on your emails to her if you want. She has more info on it than I do.
