Check it out with Aaron at the Blue Agave (http://www.blueagavejeju.com I think). They were talking about it last night. Also, go to the Yahoo! Group: Rhymes with Jeju (http://groups.yahoo.com/rhymeswithjeju) and ask there. I know there are a few surfers here on the island.

Like I'm talking at least 6 foot constant sets????

I don't know how big it is, but it was great the last time I went.
Has anyone heard of inflatable boards? Are they any good?
