How much would be the going price in Yongsan for this kind of thing? Minus putting games on the hard drive. Just curious..

I don't understand. All X-Boxes come with a hard drive. If you don't want to put games on the hard drive, then there's no need for getting the one that comes with it replaced. I haven't replaced my hard drive, and I doubt that I'll use up all the space for game saves.

Why respond to a post you know nothing about Rolling Eyes

He wants to get a 120-160gig hard drive.. they usually put like 40-50 games on the HD (not on cd) for 50,000. I believe that he is going to dl them instead.

If he's a do-it-yourselfer, he might as well hotswap the hard drive himself and softmod it.

you can get a 120 GB hard drive with games (30 or 40) for about 320,000-330,000.
should get cheaper as Xbox 360 launch looms closer.
Expect to pay extra for a second controller.

I would recommend paying the money to get the games put on as opposed to downloading them, cause it will save you time in the end.

I only download because I don't live anywhere near Yongsan, and bit torrent sites always have the games much faster than the Yongsan crew.

As you said you're not a techno genius, it might be tough to set up the link between your xbox and computer. If you still wanna download, I recommend buying a dvd burner. Also means you have a "hard copy" of each game you have so unethically pirated.

if you want me to recommend a specific place, pm me. I've bought 6 xboxes from one place in particular, and you can just phone and get it delivered, pay by bank, and save yourself train fare/ time etc. (the other 5 were for jealous buddies)
