I'm travelling to the northern part of the country for my vacation and I want to spend a couple of nights in a temple (Seoul area or further up)....does anyone have any information on where I could do this? |

Check out http://www.templestay.com/
Get a Korean friend - or, at least, a Korean-speaking friend - to call and make reservations at the temple of your choice.
It's a memorable experience. I did it at Golgulsa, down near Gyeongju, last year and while one night was enough, I was glad I did it and had fun. |

There was an address on here recently. Very recently. Sorry, but I don't know the name of the thread.
Try to search under: 'Temple stay' and see what happens. |
