Just a heads up to anyone in Daejeon. The Carrefour (next to Say Dept' Store) in SeoDaejeon carries Old El Paso Taco kits (both Hard and Soft). 6,500 won per kit.
I usually do my own Mexican from scratch but sure nice to find a kit to save some time cooking. |

Yep, discovered those a few months ago in Daejeon. Go to any Carrefour (there are 4 here). I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them. 6,500 is a bit steep, especially when I have to pay another 3,000 or so for the beans and another 5,000 for sour cream, but almost anything is a nice alternative to Korean food day after day.
Now if I could only find limes without going all the way to Seoul.... |

Hannam market has them, 17,000won for 19 frozen limes. At that price i make do with lemons |
